It is my second foray. But the CSS on this theme was a lot harder to manipulate usefully than on the last theme. Dark arts indeed.

It’s quite good actually. The only other comment I would make is about some of the lighter greys, an example being the Reply button. Is this your first foray into the dark arts of CSS?

The comments will need to stay at the top of each post… but I have added colour, in the form of the orange-ish masthead. It is a test image of some migrating birds, and I’ll see if I can find (and legitimately buy) a sharper, slightly better one from somewhere.

I tell you, the hours I have spent tweaking this pesky theme this weekend, I hope you lot like it once you get over the initial shock of the new!

Needs a bit more colour

And it is a little confusing having the comments along the top of the story, maybe so because it’s new.

Frankly, it isn’t what one would expect given the rabidly anti-European press and the blinkered UKIP style belief that the UK is an island paradise that (a) everyone wants to live in and (b) no-one in their right mind would want to leave. It illustrates that UK nationals do enjoy using their free movement rights, even as they resent nationals of other countries using theirs.

There are more and more decisions being made by the judicial system against the SSHD thanks to the lack of respect of the rule of law on its part and politically driven draconian immigration policies.

Given that the UK has the third largest population in the EU, this is pretty much what one would expect.

A more interesting question would be: how many EU nationals exercise their free movement rights in the UK?

I suspect we would come well above 3rd place for that particular measure.

I am awaiting a decesion from high court, I would really like to know a bit more for example at what stage is this barrister at: AIT, High Court, European Court , etc . . . . . . .

As you can understand this situation has been very frustrating for me and my partner since january 2009
